Planning Space, operating under the brand name "Core" ("the Service", "we", "us"), is operated by Angelina Usenko, an individual based in Ukraine (not currently registered as a business entity). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to online services without a parent/guardian) to use the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
The "planning spaces" you generate are created by an AI model based on your description and preferences. AI-generated content can be imperfect, may contain mistakes, or may not exactly match what you expected — the Service is provided "as is" with respect to the specifics of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing generated content (including anything the assistant adds — tasks, calendar entries, drafted documents/letters, etc.) before relying on it for anything important.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You keep ownership of the descriptions, notes, and other content you provide. By using the Service, you allow us to process that content (including sending it to our AI provider, Anthropic) solely to generate and operate your planning space, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service uses Anthropic's Claude models to generate content. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the underlying AI model's behavior beyond what our own product logic controls.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated content (for example, a mis-scheduled calendar event or an inaccurate document draft).
We may update the Service or these terms over time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection or data protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.
