Refund Policy

Last updated: July 23, 2026

1. Who processes payments

All payments for Planning Space ("Core") subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the actual charge, refund, and dispute process on our behalf — this policy explains what you can expect, but refunds are issued through Paddle.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period if you simply choose to cancel.

3. Try before you pay — our 24-hour free trial

Before any payment is required, every new account gets a 24-hour free trial — full access to generate and use planning spaces, no card needed. This trial exists specifically so you can find out whether Core is a good fit for you before you subscribe, not after.

Because that trial period already serves as your "try before you buy" window, we don't offer an additional no-questions-asked refund window once you've subscribed. If you're not sure Core is for you, use the free trial to find out first — that's exactly what it's there for.

4. When we do offer a refund

Once you've subscribed, we offer refunds for legitimate issues, including:

  • A technical problem with the Service that we couldn't resolve for you
  • A billing error — for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge that went through after you had already cancelled
  • You were charged but never actually got access to the Service

We generally don't offer refunds for simply changing your mind after subscribing, since you already had a full free trial to make that decision before paying. If something else about your situation feels like it should be an exception, email us — we'll look at it in good faith.

5. How to request a refund

Email us at supportcoreplatform@gmail.com with the email address associated with your account and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within a few business days.

6. Your rights under Paddle and local law

Paddle, as Merchant of Record, maintains its own buyer protections and dispute-resolution process independent of this policy, and may issue a refund at its own discretion in some circumstances (for example, to prevent a chargeback), even outside the cases described above. Depending on where you live, you may also have additional consumer protection rights under local law that this policy does not limit.
