1. Who we are

Planning Space, operating under the brand name "Core" ("we", "us", "the Service"), is operated by Angelina Usenko, an individual based in Ukraine (not currently registered as a business entity). You can contact us at supportcoreplatform@gmail.com with any questions about this policy or your data.

2. What data we collect

Account data: the email address and password you provide when you sign up. We never store your password itself — only a one-way cryptographic hash of it, which cannot be reversed back into the original password.
Content you provide: the descriptions, preferences, colors, and any reference images you submit to generate a "planning space", as well as the content of that generated space and any chat messages you send to the in-space assistant.
Technical data: basic request information needed to operate the Service securely (e.g. rate-limiting login attempts to prevent abuse).

We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data to third parties.

3. How we use your data

To create and maintain your account and let you log in securely.
To generate your personal "planning space" and respond to your requests in the in-space assistant chat.
To keep the Service secure (for example, detecting repeated failed login attempts).

4. Third parties we share data with

To generate your planning space and power the assistant chat, the text you type (and any reference image you attach) is sent to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude AI model) for processing. Anthropic's own privacy terms govern how they handle that request. We do not share your email or password with Anthropic or any other third party.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your account and generated spaces for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at supportcoreplatform@gmail.com [or: via an in-app "delete account" option, if/when you add one].

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
Withdraw consent at any time (this may mean we can no longer provide you the Service).

7. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in (a session token). It is not used for advertising or tracking you across other websites. It is required for the Service to function — there is no non-essential/optional tracking on this site.

8. Security

Passwords are stored using bcrypt, a one-way hashing algorithm — we cannot see or recover your actual password. Login sessions are protected against common web attacks (XSS, CSRF) via secure cookie settings, and we rate-limit login attempts to reduce the risk of automated password guessing. No method of storing or transmitting data is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your information.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or a higher age if required by your local law, e.g. 16 in parts of the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us at supportcoreplatform@gmail.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
