Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains what you can't do when using Planning Space ("Core"). It works alongside our Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

2. You agree not to

Use the Service for anything illegal, or to generate content that's unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights.
Attempt to break, hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
Circumvent rate limits, trial limits, or subscription checks — including automated or scripted account creation to get around usage limits.
Scrape, mass-download, or systematically extract data from the Service.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
Upload reference images or content you don't have the right to use.
Use the Service to generate malicious code, instructions for weapons or illegal substances, child sexual abuse material, or any content that would violate Anthropic's own Usage Policy for the underlying AI model (anthropic.com/legal/aup).
Interfere with or overload the Service (for example, sending an excessive number of automated requests) in a way that degrades it for other users.
Register for the free trial repeatedly with fake or disposable email addresses to avoid paying for the Service.

3. Content you generate

You're responsible for the descriptions, notes, and reference material you provide, and for how you use the planning spaces and content the Service generates for you.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, without a refund for the affected period, to the extent permitted by law and our Refund Policy.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy over time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
