You keep ownership of the descriptions, notes, reference images, and other input you provide to Planning Space ("Core"). We don't claim ownership of your input content.
The planning space generated for you — its design, structure, and the text/ content it contains — is yours to use, view, share via link, and build on for your own personal or business purposes. We don't claim ownership over the specific output generated uniquely for you.
Because this content is AI-generated, we can't guarantee it's completely free of any incidental resemblance to content generated for someone else, or to material the underlying AI model was trained on. If your own description references a real brand, character, or third party's copyrighted material, you are responsible for how you use any resulting output involving that material.
The Core name and logo, the Planning Space platform itself (its codebase, design system, and the underlying prompts/architecture that generate your space), and our own branding belong to us. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or represent our platform as your own.
If you upload a reference image, you confirm you have the right to use it (for example, it's yours, or you have permission, or it's appropriately licensed). We use it only to understand the visual style you're going for, per our Privacy Policy.
Core is built on Claude, an AI model provided by Anthropic. Anthropic's own terms govern their rights in the underlying model itself; this policy covers Core's platform and the content generated for you through it.
